  • Since its founding in 2014, Promise Giving Children’s Home has transformed lives by providing holistic care, protection, and hope to vulnerable children. Here are some of our proudest accomplishments:

👶 Rescued and Rehabilitated Over 300 Children

We have taken in children from the streets, hospitals, police desks, and abusive environments, providing them with love, safety, and dignity.

💊 Ongoing Care for HIV-Positive Children

We provide consistent medical care, emotional support, and long-term shelter for children living with HIV, especially those who are not adopted.

🧵 Vocational Training & Tailoring Program

We equip youth and vulnerable women with skills in tailoring, entrepreneurship, and life skills to promote self-reliance and empowerment.

🏠 Operating Two Fully Equipped Children’s Homes

We currently care for over 100 children aged between 1 day and 18 years, ensuring they receive daily care, education, and emotional support.

🎓 Education Sponsorship & Uniform Donations

Over 200 children have been supported with school fees, learning materials, and school uniforms, giving them a real chance at success.

🌍 Volunteer Engagement

We’ve hosted volunteers from Kenya and abroad, providing opportunities to serve in childcare, teaching, mentorship, and administrative support.

👨‍👩‍👧 Successful Family Reintegration

We’ve reunited many children with their families through well-structured casework, including:

  • Adoption

  • Foster care

  • Guardianship

This reintegration is carefully managed with follow-up support to ensure long-term success.

🍛 Street Feeding Program

We run an outreach program feeding hundreds of children and families in the streets and informal settlements of Nairobi.

🤝 Strong Networks & Community Partnerships

We collaborate with local authorities, churches, donors, and community members to improve child protection, advocacy, and family support.
